A: We offer FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA AND THE U.S.A. on all orders over $65. U.S. orders ship Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday via USPS from NY state. Just choose the free shipping option at checkout. Shipping for orders under $65 is calculated automatically by the shopping cart at checkout.

Q: Do you provide samples of your products?
A: Yes, we almost always include a free mini gift or two with retail orders and wholesale orders!
Q: Are Dot & Lil products or the ingredients you use tested on animals?
Q: Are Dot & Lil products vegan? Do they contain any animal-based ingredients?
A: Almost all Dot & Lil products are vegan! The non-vegan ones are: there is powdered cow's milk in the milk baths, milk bath sachets, and milk bath cubes. If you have specific concerns about a product or ingredient just email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to advise you.
Q: Are Dot & Lil products natural?
A: All of our base formulas are natural, but we do use synthetic fragrances in certain products. We choose to use both natural fragrances (essential oils) and synthetic fragrances (fragrance oils). Some fragrances, like our favourites honeysuckle or lilac for example, just aren't available in any safe natural form! So we use essential oils when we can (like lavender, coriander, bergamot and more), but we also use super-high-quality body-safe fragrance oils to fill out our selection of amazing scents available. If you prefer to avoid our products that contain these however, just check the ingredient list on the product itself or on the product page--it will always indicate the essential oils used or it will say 'parfum' or 'fragrance oil' if we have used a safe synthetic. We do also have some totally unscented options!
Additionally, our products are almost all anhydrous, meaning they contain no water--this allows us to safely formulate them without a synthetic preservative. Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: You can! Please note in the comments field during check out that you would like your order to be shipped as a gift order. Add a short note for us to put on a gift tag if you would like! Our orders no longer ship with a packing slip (to save paper), so nothing in the box will list prices.
Q: How do I apply the promotional or discount code you have so kindly given me to my order?
A: During checkout from our shopping cart, on the 'Shipping' page, enter your discount code in the field marked 'Discount/Rabais', then click 'Apply'. Please note that free shipping for orders over $65 applies to your total AFTER discount. So your post-discount total will need to be over $65 to qualify for free shipping.
