CANADIAN SHIPPING 

Canadian orders ship from our atelier in Montréal, Québec. Real time shipping will be quoted at checkout. The below freight caps apply to each zone based on your order value, and any shipping amount paid over this will be refunded to you. You may also select Local Pickup, and we will let you know when your order is ready. We also include full-sized products as gifts in all orders $350+, to allow you to offset your freight cost. We never want freight cost to be the reason not to work with us, so let us know how we can help!

USA SHIPPING

USA Orders used to ship domestic from our warehouse in Champlain, New York 12919 USA, but since the new US federal policy directives, US orders now ship from Montréal, Canada with a 20% freight caps based on your order value and any shipping amount paid over this will be refunded to you. We also include full-sized products as gifts in all orders $350+, to allow you to offset your freight cost. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The cart will quote you international shipping, but it is better to contact us before placing your order to ensure we can offer best rates and/or ship from the correct warehouse (FOB Montreal, Canada). We can also ensure that our products are legal for resale in your region. We retain the right to cancel your order if we cannot meet legal requirements or regulations for your area.
